Birchwood Spoon Set (3)

Each spoon is carved from a single piece of birch, no glued laminations to eventually split. The slotted spoon's holes are burned through, not drilled, which leaves a smoother edge against a pan.

Birch is dense enough to resist warping near heat but still light in the hand. Wipe clean and oil occasionally; don't run these through the dishwasher.
